Drinks multipack wrapping requirements
Drinks multipacks place demands on both collation and shrink quality. Filled bottles and cans are heavy, round and often handled at speed, so the sleeve sealer, shrink tunnel and conveyor layout need to keep the pack stable from infeed to discharge.
For bottled water, soft drinks, dairy drinks and cans, the most useful first details are product diameter, product height, pack count, tray use and required output. Lancing can then advise on the sleeve sealer and shrink tunnel route.
