Watch the grouped-can sleeve wrapping sequence
First-party sleeve sealer clip supplied for SleeveSealers.co.uk. It shows tray-supported can groups at the wrapping and sealing section of the line.
What can be observed in the clip
Grouped cans are supported in shallow trays and presented in repeated collations on the conveyor. The line positions each group at the sleeve wrapping area before it continues towards the shrink-tunnel section. The clip is useful for understanding the relationship between product presentation, bundle spacing, the sealing zone and the downstream tunnel.
The video is not a performance guarantee or a substitute for a sample trial. The products, tray, bundle dimensions, film, settings and line speed shown may differ from a proposed project. Sustainable output and finished-pack quality must be confirmed against the actual application.
Short visual transcript
- Line overview: an automatic sleeve wrapper and shrink tunnel are shown with trays of grouped cans on the conveyor.
- Product presentation: repeated tray-supported can bundles approach the wrapping and sealing area.
- Sealing-zone view: the film and seal assembly operate around the presented bundle while the next group waits upstream.
- Continued cycle: the next bundle advances as the wrapped group moves downstream towards tunnel shrinking.
Evidence a project video should include
For technical review, record the full pack before collation, the infeed and guide arrangement, film tracking, seal position, tunnel entry, tunnel discharge, cooling, accumulation and the intended lifting method. Include the control display only where it does not expose confidential settings or unsafe filming practices.
