Automatic sleeve wrapper specification
An automatic sleeve wrapper machine is selected when the production process needs repeated, conveyor-fed wrapping rather than operator-presented packs. The machine route normally combines product presentation, film feeding, sleeve sealing and heat tunnel shrinking.
The right specification depends on the bundle count, pack stability and target output. Round bottles and cans may need careful spacing and collation, while tray packs may need a different infeed and outfeed arrangement to keep the pack stable.
For a reliable quotation, prepare the line speed, product dimensions, pack pattern and the available factory space around the proposed sleeve wrapper and shrink tunnel.
