Bottle shrink wrapping requirements
Bottle multipacks need stable handling from the infeed through the sleeve sealer and into the shrink tunnel. Filled bottles can be heavy and round, so pack pattern, bottle diameter, bottle height and product stability are central to the machine choice.
A sleeve sealer with a suitable shrink tunnel is often the practical route for PE film bottle multipacks. The machine must allow for the film width, tunnel heat, airflow and belt speed needed to create a secure bundle without losing pack stability.
Before requesting a quote, confirm the bottle diameter, height, filled weight, pack count, tray use, target packs per minute and whether the equipment will be standalone or integrated into an existing line.
