Before buying a sleeve sealer, confirm exactly which products, bundle formats, PE films and outputs are included; what the wrapper, tunnel, conveyors and controls must do; which services and site works are required; and how the machine will be tested and accepted.

Use the same data pack for every proposal. A low headline price or high cycle figure is not directly comparable when the quoted line boundary, samples, tunnel duty, cooling, controls or acceptance test are different.

Keep unsupported promises out of the acceptance decision

A proposal should distinguish published model reference data from the project-specific values that will be confirmed by sample testing, FAT or final engineering. Where samples or utilities are unavailable, mark the item as provisional rather than turning it into an assumed guarantee.

What acceptance evidence, training and documentation are expected?

Agree representative samples, FAT and site tests, pass criteria, settings and quality records, together with operator training and the documents needed for safe use, changeover and maintenance.

The handover should identify open actions and the responsible party rather than relying on verbal understanding.
